Our People

Kerry Gillespie
Since taking the reins of Gillespie Graphics from his father in 1977, Kerry has continued moving Gillespie tradition forward, creating excitement for every project they complete. He is a driving force behind why our clients get the benefit of our company insight beyond delivery of the finished product.
We stay focused on going beyond each customer’s expectations, visualizing the final outcome including every detail of application and installation. Our dedication to protecting your interests from start to finish, never wavers so that we continue to build long-standing relationships with each customer we have. We have been doing business in this community for 90 years, and honoring our legacy while remaining at the leading-edge of our industry is at the core of our values.

Tim Allen
Coming to us from a big family with roots in the great state of Texas, Tim is Vice President of Gillespie Graphics here in the great Northwest, and he wears many hats in our organization.
Every Gillespie project carries the highest production standards, and Tim’s depth of experience ensures that the unique characteristics of your project will go smoothly through production so that your brand will maintain its integrity. His insight, especially in the retail arena, helps to ensure that you get exactly what you need, not just what you asked for.
When he’s not managing the details of a campaign or project, you’ll find him fly fishing, backpacking, or on a trek somewhere in our beautiful outdoors.

Ed Ross
Ed has been with Gillespie for 19 years, and currently serves in Accounting & Systems. He firmly believes that the breadth and depth of what Gillespie offers is fantastic, and consistently matches that offering with client goals. When not cranking out the work, he and wife and daughter love to bike and hike.

Alisa Cook
Alisa knows that it’s relationships that build business, and that’s her speciality as she works in the sales department. Coming from a background of racing V8s (!!!), she knows that it takes doing the work, not being a spectator, to get the job done.

Tim Gillespie
Tim prides his 20 years of sales on personalized, first-name service. Gillespie takes ownership of “we do”, not pointing fingers and always resolving challenges quickly. When not on the job, he’s spending time gardening and fishing with his son and daughter.

Al Hedberg
This is Al’s second tour in sales at Gillespie Graphics (from 2000 until 2005) and again starting in 2011). “Being part of this company with a great heritage, professional staff and state-of-the-art equipment is what brought me back to Gillespie Graphics”. Al enjoys building long-term relationships with his customers by offering excellent sales and customer support for over 30 years. When not working Al keeps very busy golfing, hiking, and camping with family and friends.

Robyn Bilyeu
Robyn brings more than 20 years of Customer Service and Sales Management to Gillespie. What draws her to Gillespie Graphics is their long-standing relationship with clients. Genuine care for their customers, both new and established, drives her Customer Support Team everyday. Finding ways to help her team overcome customer challenges gives her a rush, and makes the satisfaction of a job well done much sweeter. Outside of the office, Robyn and her husband spend time traveling, touring vineyards, and enjoying new adventures as “empty nesters.”

Bill Stewart
Bill is Oregon-born and has been with Gillespie for 33 years. He’s proud that Gillespie has a 98% accuracy rate on daily shipments. On his lunch breaks he can be found scouting out the newest auto magazine at the nearest bookshop.

Kim Rosales
After 11 years at Gillespie, Kim knows that hands-on, high-touch customer service sets them apart in the industry. Out of the office, she and her husband are voracious bowlers, and have been in a league for over 30 years.

Tammy Andrade
Tammy works in Customer Service, and follows the principle of doing the right thing even when no one is looking. She’s a family gal, and loves to scrapbook and build collages about the time she spends with them.

Andrea Wendland
Andrea has recently moved to Oregon and brings 10 years of Customer Service experience to Gillespie Graphics. She advocates for customers, enjoys building relationships and is motivated by their satisfaction. She loves spending her free time outdoors snowboarding, disc golfing, camping or hiking.

Paula Means
Paula is an estimator and has been with Gillespie for 24 years. Her experience has shown her how good Gillespie is at everything they bid. In her spare time, Paula can be found at 4H meetings, animal clubs and coaching kids in Lego robotics.

Karie Lowry
Karie is the Purchasing Agent, and has been with Gillespie since 1997. She loves that she can drive almost anywhere and say, “we did that” on something or another. She and her husband have four kids that keep them busy outside of work.

Rusty Copeland
As the Art Director for Gillespie, Rusty loves to invite clients in to the Art Department and listen to them tell their story in such a visual environment. He’s an industry expert in Photoshop and the full suite of Adobe software products, and knows how to get a job done quickly and efficiently, saving the client time and money. If you need him outside of work, he can be found in the gym at least six days a week.

Kris Jewell
Kris is the Finishing Supervisor, and has a diverse range of capabilities to make sure things are laminated, scored and trimmed correctly. He loves that Gillespie is a full-service shop, and can deliver a completely finished product to the client. He and his wife Amy love to backpack, kayak, and snowboard together.

Todd Saunders
As the screen print and production supervisor, Todd knows how to troubleshoot and meet all technical specs for every job. He and his family all live locally, and can often be found camping and fishing together along the river.

Mikal Grotte
Mikal is the Inventory King, and makes sure that everything for every job is close at hand for all those involved. He, his wife and his 5 kids are often found BBQing in the back yard and watching football together.
